SAMPLE FOR THE GRAHAM TEST
- The sample must
be taken first thing in the morning, without prior hygiene, urination or
defecation.
- Ointments,
powders or talc should not be applied to the anal region the night before.
- Remove the glass
slide from the clear cellophane strip and apply the rubberized side of the
cellophane strip several times all around the anus and between the buttocks.
- Tape the
cellophane tightly to the slide and store the sample at room temperature.
